Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

2. After Processing Or Shipping

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. Customized Products

Personalized and made-to-order products may move to production quickly. If production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

4. Refund For Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
